Cold soup of ovochevy

Ingredients

  • 1/4 litre bread hash
  • 150 grams of grape vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/5 Cup of olive oil
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 pepper
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 Cup water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • almonds

Method of preparation

  • Take a great Cup and move back to the hash, add vinegar, a little olive oil, garlic and mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Mode cucumber, green peppers and tomatoes into small slices. Salt, pepper. All out pour a glass of water. Infuse in a cool place for a day. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and dish is ready for tasting.
