Cold dessert Chocolate bomb


  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 300 grams of chocolate
  • 0.5 liters of cream
  • 50 g sunflower oil

Method of preparation

  • Beat one egg, 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 cacao, 2 of yogurt and two tablespoons flour. The dough will be hard, but not soft. Bake the cake and let cool. Chocolate and cream melt in the microwave, then put in the fridge for a few hours. In parallel, the same is done with white chocolate.
  • Mix all together, add another 250 ml of cream and whisk. Take a bowl, grease with oil and spread dark chocolate on the sides, then white in the middle, cover with a crust. When well harden take out of shape and covered with glaze.
