Coffee cake


  • 1.25 tbsp. sugar
  • 700 ml of condensed milk
  • 700 ml of cow’s milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 6 tsp. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4-5 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/3 tsp salt

Method of preparation

  • In a container, add sugar, water, let it stand over high heat until the sugar has become dark brown, then pour into a form, after cooling, place in refrigerator. In the remaining heated water to dissolve the coffee. After, mix in a blender with condensed cow’s milk, eggs and vanilla.
