  • 1 goose
  • 4 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 100 gr. raisins
  • 100 gr. dried apricots
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • salt, mayonnaise and pepper

Method of preparation

  • RUB the goose with salt and pepper, pour the wine and leave to infuse. Every hour pour it on top of the resulting marinade. Raisins and dried apricots to put in boiling water for 15 minutes. Then allow to dry. Dried apricots cut in half, leave whole raisins, pears and apples cut into cubes.
  • Get the goose, but not pour the marinade. Mix the fruits with mayonnaise and marinade. Stuff the goose tightly, place on a baking sheet in the oven(180*) for 1 hour. Periodically reviewing and pour fat from the pan.
