Chocolate Easter cake


  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 7 grams dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g raisins
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 140 g of butter

Method of preparation

  • First you need to prepare the dough, as yeast dough. This milk heat is not very strong, what would become lukewarm, dissolve the yeast in it, mix with a half Cup of flour (always sift through a sieve), stir and leave in warm to come to (about 1 hour).
  • While the dough is suitable, you can prepare additional components. Dark chocolate melt in a water bath broken his pieces. Rinse the raisins, pour boiling water for a few minutes, then dry them on a towel, then add to the dough.
  • Separately melt the butter, then add to it the egg, sugar, pour in the melted chocolate, stir, and then mix this mixture with the yeast mixture when it will come, don’t forget the softened raisins. In the dough add the flour (through a sieve), thoroughly kneaded the dough, and then leave it for another 1 hour to come.
  • The dough has risen the second time, now it needs to be stirred and put in prepared pan so that the batter filled the form on 2/3, to give him more to go for 20 minutes and put into the oven (200 degrees). Bake for 40 – 45 minutes. Finished Easter, even a little cool in the form, and then remove.
