Chinese salad with funchoza
- 150 g funchoza (rice vermicelli)
- 5 fresh cucumber of medium size
- 2 small carrots
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 50 g of soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig of celery
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- A pinch of ground pepper, vinegar
Method of preparation
