Chinese noodles


  • 250 g of noodles
  • 120 ml chicken broth
  • 5 tablespoons miso
  • 3 ml of rice vinegar
  • 20 ml ginger juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A bunch of parsley

Method of preparation

  • Noodles boil, drain off the water. Parsley rinse under cold water, dry with towel, chop. Garlic peel and finely chop. For the filling: combine the broth, miso, rice vinegar, ginger juice, boil, mix with the prepared garlic. Noodles put in a plate, top pour the filling. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley.
