Chinese noodles with seafood


  • 200g large peeled shrimp
  • 2 carcasses frozen squid
  • 1 forelock of garlic
  • 2 dessert spoons of refined oil
  • 40g soy sauce
  • 200g long rice noodles

Method of preparation
