Chinese noodle soup


  • 750 g of chicken broth
  • 150 g of noodles
  • 150 g of ham
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml of any vegetable oil
  • 4 g of wasabi
  • Parsley and cilantro
  • Salt

Method of preparation

  • Noodles to boil. To let the water drain out, pushing the noodles in a colander. Cut the ham into thin strips, cubes and fry in oil. Chicken broth to cook or ready to heat, add wasabi and soy sauce. Noodles with ham spread in a deep dish, pour the prepared warm broth. Garnish with green coriander leaves and parsley.
