Chinese fish soup


  • 350g white sea fish without bones
  • 200g large peeled shrimp
  • 1/2 head Chinese cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 30g of sesame oil
  • 40g soy sauce
  • 100 g long rice noodles
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Cabbage and carrots cut into thin strips. Fold the shredded vegetables in a saucepan, add the water, soy sauce, if you want to more prisolit. After boiling, add pieces of fish fillet and butter and boil for 10 minutes, throw the shrimp into the soup and boil for another 2 minutes.
