Chinese cabbage rolls


  • 1 piece Chinese cabbage
  • 250 grams of champignons
  • 1 PC. bell pepper
  • 100 gr. cream cheese
  • 2 SL.l. sour cream
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 piece leek
  • 50 gr. butter
  • salt to taste and black pepper
  • ¼ Cup vegetable oil for frying

Method of preparation

  • First make the leaves for stuffed cabbage, cabbage disassembled. The leaves is to dip in boiling water and cook for a few minutes, after which they need to drain in a colander and allow to cool.
  • For the filling, used fungi (mushrooms) that need cleaning, rinse and cut into small pieces. You also need to chop the leeks and bell pepper. All of these components are roasted, when they are ready, they need to salt, season with pepper, add the cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Ready-made stuffing mix and wrap in a separate piece of paper, and stuffed cabbage rolls are placed in a greased form. Sauce for Chinese cabbage includes honey, soy sauce and butter.
  • Thoroughly mixing all components, the resulting sauce smeared ready stuffed and put in the oven for baking.
