Chicken with pineapple in Chinese
- 400 gr. chicken
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 b. canned pineapple
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tooth. garlic
- chili pepper — optional
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- olive oil
Method of preparation
- Chicken meat cut into pieces, each about 4 cm.
- Beat eggs, gradually to enter the flour. The batter is ready when it will be like cream. Next, you roll each piece in the batter.
