Rolls with ham and cheese

Ingredients

  • 150 g hard cheese
  • 200 g ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g of mayonnaise
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • dill

Method of preparation

  • Very thinly slice the ham on the plate. Boil eggs, peel, separate whites from yolks. RUB through a fine grater.
  • Mix grated cheese, egg whites, squeezed out the garlic, add the dill, mayonnaise. Mix well.
  • The plate of ham to put a little prepared filling, wrapped in a bundle. The edges of the rolls sprinkle with grated egg yolks.
  • Secure the roll with a skewer, so as not unfolded, garnish with parsley or dill.
