Chicken roll with mushrooms


  • 1 small chicken
  • 150 grams of whole mushrooms
  • 1 leek
  • 70 g of hard cheese
  • 25 ml sunflower oil
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Chicken cut fillet and RUB it with salt. The mushrooms and white part of leek cut into not very large. In a pan, first put onion, fry it in a couple of minutes, then add the mushrooms.
  • All fried five minutes, then cools down. All from the pan, put on the fillets, and cover it with the cheese plate. To tighten the roll, sealing with toothpicks. Bake in the oven for an hour at 200 degrees.
