  • 300 g chicken fillet

Method of preparation

  • First cut the meat into pieces with a length of 7-8 inches. Then salt and season them. Separately in a bowl whisk the egg. The pieces of meat first, you need to do is RUB in the flour, then put in a container with the beaten egg. Then gently coat them in breadcrumbs.
  • Take the pan in which a fairly thick bottom, fill with sunflower oil and put it on the stove to boil. In boiling oil, put chicken meat. Thus fry a few minutes on each side, until crisp. Ready nuggets wipe with a napkin to remove the fat.
