- 2 tbsp honey
- 8 tablespoons soy sauce

- 5-6 cloves of garlic (optional)

Method of preparation
- Beef wash, put in a container in which to marinate and cook the marinade. The pieces are not cut!
- For the marinade mix soy sauce with honey, Dijon mustard, juice of one lemon, onions chopped in a blender, and spices, add the chopped garlic (optional). Without garlic, the meat and so it will be quite fragrant.
