  • 2 kg veal (pork

    or beef)

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce

Method of preparation

  • Beef wash, put in a container in which to marinate and cook the marinade. The pieces are not cut!
  • For the marinade mix soy sauce with honey, Dijon mustard, juice of one lemon, onions chopped in a blender, and spices, add the chopped garlic (optional). Without garlic, the meat and so it will be quite fragrant.
