Chicken in sour cream


  • 4 PCs chicken breast
  • 2 PCs onions
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200 gr of sour cream
  • 1 Cup water
  • 50 grams of butter

Method of preparation

  • Slice finely the onion and chicken. Onions fry in sunflower oil for about 3-4 minutes. Add the chicken and fry on high heat for 5 minutes. Take another pan and melt the butter, to it add the flour, stir and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Then pour water, preferably slowly. Add a little salt and pepper to your own taste. In the resulting sauce put on the chicken. Stir and boil. Cover with a heavy lid and simmer for about 10 minutes, but do not boil.
