Chicken in Armenian


  • 1 chicken
  • 4 pita bread
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 0.15 kg of cheese
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 Chile
  • 1 bell pepper
  • black pepper, salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Bulgarian and chili pepper wash, remove seeds and put into a chopper blender, add garlic and chop. To connect sour cream, pepper, salt. Shuffle until smooth.
  • Chicken rinse, cut into pieces and smear with sauce. Send to soak for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • On a baking sheet dispensing foil, spread with butter and put pita bread, spread the chicken. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
