  • 500 gr. minced beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gr. bread
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 gr. breadcrumbs
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  • Place bread in a deep shroud and cover to the brim with fresh milk. Squeeze the softened bread, to form a slurry. Onion RUB on a grater. Minced meat combined with onions, pressed bread paste, egg, salt, pepper. All mix vigorously to discourage and, to a plastic and homogeneous texture.
  • Alternately, roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs. Before placing the cutlets on a heated pan, out unwanted crumbs from crackers. Patties and fry in oil on medium heat. In a pan pour a little water and steamed them without lifting the lid.
