Chicken legs in the oven with potatoes
- 2 legs
- 0.5 kg of potatoes
- 2 bulbs
- 4 carrots
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 pack of mayonnaise
Method of preparation
- Take two large chicken legs, cut into three or four pieces each. Peel potatoes, cut into four pieces, all the potatoes, wash and allow to dry for a few minutes.
- Grease a roasting pan with sunflower oil and put the meat, then layer of potatoes, then onions, cut into rings, layer carrots, grated on a coarse grater.
- Each layer sprinkle with salt, pepper and mayonnaise * brush. Bake for 40 — 45 minutes at 180 degrees, until Golden brown.
