Chicken curry with coconut milk


  • 300 gr. chicken not fatty lumps
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 clove of young garlic
  • 300 gr. coconut milk
  • half of an onion
  • a glass of tomato juice
  • sugar and salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Chop the chicken. Chop and mix the garlic and onion. Oil with curry preheat a frying pan, then pour out the garlic, onion and hold for about two minutes. Next, in a pan, throw the chicken pieces. Seven minutes later there pour tomato juice. At the final stage, add the coconut milk and simmer for half an hour.
