Cheesecake with mascarpone


  • 200 g biscuits
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • 400 g mascarpone cheese
  • 140 g icing sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • vanilla

Method of preparation

  • RUB the softened butter with the pre-crushed biscuits. The resulting mass is put into a form. Edge to raise the side height of 2-3 cm. The form wrap foil and place in the refrigerator. Foil need to ensure that the water from the sheet getting inside.
  • In mascarpone, add the powdered sugar and mix well. Gradually add cream, beat eggs, add vanilla. Well-mixed homogeneous mass is spread in form.
  • On a baking pour a little water and put cheesecake. Add water to the water level was to the middle of the form. Bake for 1-1. 5 hours at a temperature of 150-160 degrees. When cheesecake has cooled, refrigerate for 2 hours. Decorate any fruit to taste.
