Sirni roll

Ingredients

  • Biscuit:
  • 4 eggs

  • 5 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 4-5 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 100 g butter

Method of preparation

  • First make the base of the loaf. Take the flour, starch, razryhlitel and sift through a sieve. After you take the eggs, beat in a separate bowl the egg yolks and mix well, first with a whisk. Later add the egg yolks hot water, now whisk the mixture with a mixer. Then add sugar, whisk again. When a substance is converted into bubbly foam, turn off the mixer. Add to this the penalties previously prepared mixture of flour, baking powder, starch. Stir all with a spoon, to use for this mixer is not recommended. A complete basis for the dough, place on parchment and send in the oven for 10 minutes, the temperature of the oven 180.
