Cheese fondue


  • 800g cottage cheese «Gruger»
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • 50g cream
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • pickled cucumbers
  • smoked

Method of preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200C. For cooking you will need a ceramic fondue pot with a burner. First RUB the garlic to the fondue pot and pour in it the cream. Then the three cheese and pour into a fondue pot, pour half a glass of hot wine. Then mix the cheese and bake it in the oven.
  • The next step is rubbing the garlic. Meanwhile (about 10 minutes), the cheese will start to melt, and we’re pulling our future dish from the oven and add to the grated garlic. Then again, all mix and again put into the oven.
  • After 10-15 minutes take out of oven and put on the fire. In a few minutes you will notice that the cheese becomes stringy. That means it’s time to feast on this wonderful dish! As a side dish just perfect pickles or smoked.
