Cheese at home


  • 2 liters of domestic milk
  • 400 g of sour cream
  • 200 ml of yogurt
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. salt

Method of preparation

  • Thoroughly beat the eggs with the yogurt and sour cream. Milk add salt and bring to a boil. In boiling milk, pour the beaten egg mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. A colander to cover with gauze folded in several layers and pour the resulting mass, giving drain off the whey.
  • The remaining mass is tightly wrapped in cheesecloth and place between two plates, putting all on a plate. Top set weight. Send in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours
