Chashushuli of veal

Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg of beef
  • 4 tablespoons adjika
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 300 gr tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bulbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon hops-suneli
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • dill, parsley

Method of preparation

  • Veal cut into small pieces. Add roughly chopped onion, salt and seasoning, mix thoroughly all. To give the meat time to marinate for half an hour.
  • Then in a hot pan brown the meat, add the chopped garlic, continuing to cook. When water and juice from the meat to completely evaporate, you can gradually add all of the recipe and spices to give the meat out in 15 minutes.
  • In a blender grind the tomatoes and add them to the meat, continuing to simmer the dish for another half an hour. Separately cut into small cubes sweet pepper, add to the pan, leaving to simmer for another 10 minutes. The finished dish decorate with finely chopped greens.
