  • 0,025 kg of butter
  • 0,10 kg of pounded walnuts

Method of preparation

  • The roots of the carrots to grate on the fine tartuski.
  • Sugar to connect with the egg and add grated carrots. Then enter soda (slaked), add the flour and salt and mix until smooth.
  • Form (different capacity) baking dish (approximately d — 26 cm) grease with butter and put the carrot batter. Bake at 180 °C until brown crust.
