Cake with condensed milk


  • 500-600 gr. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. water and sugar
  • 3-3,5 tbsp. spoons of condensed milk
  • 20 gr. the softened plums.oil
  • 1 packet Vanil. sugar
  • 40 gr. yeast
  • 0,5 article raisins and almonds
  • salt on the tip of a knife

Method of preparation

  • Condensed milk mixed with warm water, add yeast. Stir. Add 200 gr. flour and salt. Stir until smooth. Cover and send the container in a warm cozy place.
  • By increasing the test 2 times, add the mashed yolks with 0.5 tbsp. sugar and vanilla sugar. Place. Add the whites, mashed with half the sugar and flour. Long to knead the dough until it is easy to lag behind the hands.
  • Again put the dough in a warm place. When it doubled, add the raisins and nuts.
  • Butter to grease the form. Put the dough into molds, filling halfway. Future cakes put in the oven. Baking time — 50 minutes, oven temperature — 180 degrees. Lubricate the cakes with condensed milk after they have cooled and optionally sprinkle with coconut, nuts, poppy seeds, powder.
