Cake in the bread maker


  • 600 g flour
  • 200 g of cheese
  • Water on demand
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of dried milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 g yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • In the eggs add the boiling water to achieve a volume of 300 ml, stir, pour into bread machine. Add dry milk, cheese, butter, sugar, salt, yeast. To include a bread machine for 3 hours, add the sifted flour.
  • Bread should mix everything and bake.
  • Ready Easter cake to cool, then to get, sprinkle with icing that will come out of mixing egg whites and icing sugar.
  • The dough is usually mixed with raisins, nuts, apples, dried apricots for special unforgettable taste.
