The cake in aerogrill

Ingredients

  • flour — 1 kg
  • milk — 1,5 glasses
  • chicken eggs – 4 PCs.
  • sugar — 1.5-2 tbsp.
  • butter margarine – 300 g
  • almonds — 300 g
  • yeast — 50 g
  • raisins — 150 g
  • vanilla — 0,5 tutu
  • salt — 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation

  • In warm milk dissolve yeast, salt and sugar, stir and give it brew for 15 minutes. To the mix add 3 egg yolks, vanilla, melted but cooled margarine and half the flour. Stir and sent in aerogrill. In the raised mass add washed and dried raisins, almonds, and proteins.
  • Into molds, greased with oil, spread the dough into 1/3. And put in a preheated convection oven (10 minutes at 95 degrees). Bake cakes in aerogrill 40 minutes at a temperature of 205 degrees.
  • Don’t take out the cakes from the grill and allow them to cool, otherwise it will settle. Decorate to your taste: either powdered sugar or a protein mixture.
