A cake in the shape of a pumpkin


  • 1 Canary biscuit
  • 250 grams oil glaze
  • 125 gr Royal icing
  • 450 g sugar fondant
  • orange dye

Method of preparation

  • Canary biscuit, divide into two parts and bake in preheated oven for about an hour and a half . Then remove it and then align the two parts so they had the form of a pumpkin, connect them together, pre-lubricated with a good oil-based glaze. Sugar color the fondant orange, roll it out and carefully cover the whole cake. Flatten the fondant with your hands so the cake surface was smooth.
