  • 200 gr. butter, softened
  • 300 gr. of wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 100 gr. nuts
  • 0,5 teaspoon of baking soda

Method of preparation

  • For baking cake in the bread maker should not do it like bread, which is fully kneaded himself, to stir the ingredients better separately with a mixer.
  • So, sugar, eggs, butter beat with a mixer, not forgetting to add a pinch of salt.
  • Next, using a sieve sift flour, add soda, gently stir the dough with a spatula, then add the nuts and lightly stir (you can add raisins).
  • The finished dough pour in the form for the bread machine, which is installed directly into the bread maker, close, choose mode «Cupcake» and wait for the finished result.
