Butter cookies

Ingredients

  • 0.08 kg of milk
  • 20 gr. vanilla sugar
  • 0.30 kg sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 0.25 kg of margarine
  • 0,40 kg flour

Method of preparation

  • Whip the chilled egg mix with sugar and vanilla, pour cold milk. Boil the mixture, preferably in a water bath, constantly stirring and cooling. Grind the flour with the margarine, all combine and knead the dough. Chill the dough for half an hour.
  • Roll the dough and stencils to squeeze out different figures from it, to pass it on to a baking sheet, mishandled paper. Bake Until tender figures (at 200 degrees). Cold figures to cover with jam, sprinkle the top with confectionary powder or nuts.
