Burgers on the grill


  • 0.5 kg of mixed minced meat

    beef + pork

  • 3 onions
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • salt and pepper at discretion
  • 90 ml vegetable oil
  • a bunch of parsley

Method of preparation

  • Stuffing attach the onion chopped in the blender. Add scrolled bread, egg yolk, vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. All thoroughly shuffled.
  • Form round patties. Distribute on barbecue and cook on the ready grill. Fry on both sides. Spread on a saucer, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve cutlets with any side dish.
