Broth with noodles of cheese


  • Broth:
  • 1 chicken leg quarter
  • 3 liters of water
  • 0.5 teaspoon of pepper
  • 30 g of salt
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • Noodles:
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of cottage cheese table
  • 60 ml cream
  • a Cup of flour
  • 10 g of salt

Method of preparation

  • Make noodles: beat eggs, chop finely the cheese, pour the cream and stir. Put the flour and prepare the dough. Roll out a thin layer and make some noodles. Leave to dry.
  • Boil the bouillon in the boiling water put the chicken, salt, pepper to throw, when cooked add the Bay leaf. Add the noodles and boil.
