Breakfast is on February 23

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 fresh cucumber
  • rye crisps
  • olive oil
  • 100g hard cheese
  • milk

Method of preparation

  • From eggs to make an omelet, which allow to cool, then chop them into small pieces. Cut tomatoes into large chunks and throw into a large bowl. There also chop the cucumbers in thin rings.
