Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 2 fresh cucumber
- rye crisps
- olive oil
- 100g hard cheese
- milk
Method of preparation
- From eggs to make an omelet, which allow to cool, then chop them into small pieces. Cut tomatoes into large chunks and throw into a large bowl. There also chop the cucumbers in thin rings.
- Next, add breadcrumbs, a lot of them is not necessary, otherwise the Breakfast is tasteless. Slices of omelette too, add to Cup and top to RUB cheese on a small grater. Season with olive oil, stir.
