Steamed shrimp

Ingredients

  • 500 g shrimp
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • A half of a lemon
  • 1-2 tablespoons ginger juice
  • 80 g butter
  • A third tablespoon of salt
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 ml rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sake

Method of preparation

  • Shrimp, thaw, peel. Mix ginger juice and 1 tablespoon of sake, this pour marinade shrimp for 20 minutes. Tomato grind in the form of cubes. Onions to chop half rings, lemon slices.
