Bozartma Azerbaijan


  • 500 g mutton (beef)
  • 1 piece tomatoes
  • 1 piece of potato
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 PCs Bay leaf
  • 50 g butter
  • 20 g of plum
  • spices

Method of preparation

  • Proportionally cut mutton pieces and fry in oil. Butter to be replaced ghee. Cut into rings onion, tomato, potato, add to the meat.
  • In a container of meat is added plum, spices, and Bay leaf. Pour 300 g of cold water and simmer 30 minutes. Bozartma Azerbaijan needs to stand for a few minutes. The dish is served with fresh cucumber, lemon.
