Cookies with sour cream


  • 400 g of flour or

    1st grade

  • 180 g of sugar
  • 400 ml sour cream 40% fat or home
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 g of vanillin

Method of preparation

  • Pour the sugar into the sour cream and 3 minutes to blend. Gradually add vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder. Cooling the dough in the fridge for half an hour. Roll the dough molds to cut out different figures. You can cut glass circles or squares with a knife. Lay on baking parchment. Spread it on biscuits. Who likes sweeter — sprinkle with sugar. Baked at t 180°C for 20 minutes.
