  • 250 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons poppy
  • 150 grams of butter
  • A third of a teaspoon of salt

Method of preparation

  • The first thing you need to whisk the butter and sugar. The consistency should be light and fluffy. Then you add the egg and beat the mixture with a mixer at low speed. The next step – adding the flour, sift with salt and dried in a hot frying pan poppy. The dough should gather into a ball and refrigerate for 45 minutes, pre-wrapped in cling film. After the desired time of the test should be blind and twist the peculiar flagella, which need to bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
