Cookies with cinnamon and ginger


  • 0.30 kg of margarine
  • 0,80 kg of flour
  • 6 raw eggs
  • 0.30 kg sugar
  • 2 tsp root ginger (ground)
  • 0,10 kg almonds (no skins)
  • 0,10 kg nut (without husk) chopped
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 16 gr. cinnamon

Method of preparation

  • Grind margarine with sugar, then here to drive a raw egg, add cinnamon, ground root ginger and nuts. Mix well. Then add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough. Roll the dough and stencils to squeeze figures. In each figure, press almonds on top. Figures spread out on a baking sheet, bake them for about half an hour (180°C).
