Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 10 gr. vanilla
  • 100 gr. butter melted
  • 140 gr. flour
  • 2 tsp lemon peel (grated)
  • 100 gr. white chocolate
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 50 gr. 10% cream

Method of preparation

  • Whip the eggs with vanilla and sugar. In this mixture, add the lemon zest, flour, melted butter and stir with a spatula. Concentric circles (iron, silicon) grease oil over it to spread out the dough. Bake to 12 minutes. Melt white chocolate with 10% cream (on the bath) and cover this with icing the cooled cookies.
