Beef salad Asian style


  • 200 g beef
  • 150 g sugar peas
  • 2 PCs shallots
  • 1pc. ripe mango fruit
  • 2 pods of red chili peppers
  • one bunch of greens, cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • for the filling:
  • 4 tablespoons salad oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • half a lime
  • 1 tbsp. l. sugar and water

Method of preparation

  • Wash the peas under running water. Peel and cut into two or three parts. To problanshirovat in salted water for two minutes. 200 g beef fillet wash with water and dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • On a heated pan pour half the salad oil. For 4 – 5 minutes to fry the beef on both sides until fully cooked. Wrap the meat with foil, for readiness, for 5 minutes.
  • Cut shallots in thin strips. To separate the mango from the skin and seeds, then cut into small dice. Pepper clean from grains to reduce the severity and cut into thin rings. Green coriander, wash and finely chop.
  • To prepare filling, take a small container. Mix in the rest of the salad oil (olive), soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, lime juice, water, sliced chilli and coriander.
  • Cut thin slices of meat, add peas, chopped shallots and mango. Mix well with dressing. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
