Bananas in caramel

Ingredients

  • 2 unripe bananas
  • 50 g sugar
  • 30 g of sweet cream butter
  • Mac for sprinkling pastry

Method of preparation

  • Greenish bananas peel, cut in half lengthwise and transversely into 3 parts. In a wide pan put butter and melt, add beet sugar. Cooking, caramelizes sugar to a typical brown shade. Lay out the banana slices and fry in caramel so that the pieces are not collapsed.
  • To shift caramelized bananas in a bowl, sprinkle with poppy candy while they’re hot.
