Roast ribs


  • 1 kg pork ribs
  • 8 tbsp. of fortified wine
  • 8 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 piece of lemon
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp spices

Method of preparation

  • Pork ribs, rinse under water, divide into pieces. Washed the ribs to lay down on a baking sheet. In a separate container to pour the required amount of wine, add ketchup. To survive all the juice from lemon, add to the same.
  • Heat the mixture on the fire or in the microwave, stir until uniform state. Pour the necessary amount of salt and spices. Mix well.
  • The ribs add just the right amount of water and the mixture. Close the pan with foil. Bake the ribs into the oven for about 2 hours. The temperature is set to 120 Sec.
