Ingredients

  • Flour — 500 g
  • Eggs — 4 PCs
  • Yeast — 1 pack
  • Sugar — 50 g
  • Butter — 120 g
  • Vanilla essence — 2 g
  • Milk — 250 ml
  • Glaze (white) — 1 pack
  • Dried apricots — 100 g
  • The raisins in the frosting — 1 pkg
  • Coconut shavings — 1 pack
  • Salt — to taste

Method of preparation

  • Pour the yeast in the warm milk and add 1tbsp. spoonful of sugar — mix well until dissolved. Then add half of the flour and salt and knead the dough, putting it in a warm place (until the dough will not rise twice). Mixed into a batter of eggs, sugar and vanilla and add softened butter.
  • Dried apricots cut into strips, dip them in flour and mix with the dough. Ready divide the dough into 12 balls that are placed in greased tins. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes and bake at 180 degrees.
  • We take out the finished cakes and sprinkle with coconut and decorate with raisins.
