Asian salad with shrimp


  • 100 g glass noodles
  • 250 g cooked shrimp
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice or lime
  • 4 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 – 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 salad cucumber
  • 2 – 3 celery stalks and onion
  • 1 bunch of freshly picked cilantro
  • 1/2 chili pepper pods

Method of preparation

  • First, pour the noodles with boiling water, after you drain it in a colander and hold under cold water. Scissors to slice it into pieces. Peel and seed zucchini and cucumber cut into thin strips along with carrots. Finely chop the celery and onion, and Chile chopped, purified from the membranes and seeds.
  • Mix noodles with vegetables. Add the shelled shrimp. Pour marinade consisting of lime juice, sugar, oil and fish sauce. Leave to infuse in the fridge for an hour. Then sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
