Asian chicken salad


  • 1 chicken breast
  • 150 gr. Chinese cabbage
  • 4 quail eggs
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 10 ml of canola oil
  • 10 ml corn oil
  • 2 gr. turmeric
  • 1 gr. Cayenne pepper
  • 2 gr. ground coriander seeds

Method of preparation

  • Cut small slices of meat, seasoned with turmeric and chilli presented in a ready condition in the heated canola oil. Split the cabbage spread on a wide dish, spread on top of chilled chicken and split in half boiled eggs. Lightly sprinkle with coriander. Sprinkle, mixed with sauce, corn oil.
