Armenian kufta


  • 1 kg of beef
  • 50 gr. brandy
  • tbs flour
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Cup milk or water
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation

  • Prepare a kilogram of beef without tendons. Crushes to a very fine mince in a meat grinder. Add two medium onions, a little less than half a Cup of milk or oxen, fifty grams of cognac, one raw egg and the right amount of flour, spices.
  • A good knock to stay together. Divide into four pieces and drop in boiling water for forty minutes. When serving, pour melted butter. Decorate with chopped greens.
