Apple pie with cherries


  • 5 raw eggs
  • 350 g flour
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 300 g boneless cherries
  • vanilla sugar
  • soda on the tip of the spoon

Method of preparation

  • Cherry wash, drain in a cloth to soak up water. Beat the egg whites, gradually cosipa sugar to a thick foam. Gradually add the vanilla sugar, soda and egg yolks. The sifted flour mixture slowly, continuing the beating.
  • Form grease with oil, sprinkle with ground walnuts. Spread most of the dough, arrange on top of cherries in a single layer, cover with the remaining biscuit dough and bake 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
